At Inner Spark, we believe every young person has the potential to thrive — no matter their background.

Our free, personal development workshops are designed for schools with above-average numbers of students eligible for free school meals (FSM). We help young people in under-resourced communities ignite their SPARK — Self-Awareness, Purpose, Accountability, Resilience, and Confidence.

Led by inspirational facilitators who’ve overcome adversity themselves, our workshops combine real stories with practical tools to equip young people with the mindset and skills they need to succeed — in school and beyond.
