As a dedicated mindset and performance coach, my passion lies in empowering individuals to not only thrive but also to craft a life they truly adore, steering them away from merely drifting into a life they unintentionally fall into. Through personalised guidance, transformative strategies, and unwavering support, I am committed to unlocking the full potential within each person, enabling them to embrace challenges, cultivate resilience,

My workshops are designed for young adults, with the intention of sowing the seeds of awareness regarding their ability to make choices and emphasising that they are not confined to any path. I am dedicated to sharing wisdom, insights, and first-hand encounters, drawing from both my personal journey and the guidance of my mentors, as a means of paying forward these invaluable life lessons.

Students will learn tools and techniques to prepare for life in and out the classroom to:
• Recognise and manage their emotions, as well as understand the emotions of others.

• Explore strategies for handling setbacks and adversity, building emotional resilience.
• Encourage self-reflection and self-awareness, helping students better understand themselves.

This workshop is best suited to 11-14 year olds as at this age, students are beginning to develop their identities and social skills, making it an ideal time to build their mental muscles for personal growth and interpersonal relationships.
