Viraj Oza is a dedicated mindset and performance coach with a passion for helping young people build a life of intention, not accident. Drawing on his own personal journey and the lessons shared by influential mentors, Viraj equips students with the tools to take ownership of their thoughts, emotions, and choices – guiding them to grow into confident, self-aware individuals who can navigate life with clarity and purpose.
Viraj believes that too many young people drift into a version of life they didn’t choose. Through his workshops, he helps students realise they always have a choice – and the power to shape their own path. His work blends practical strategies with heartfelt insight, making a lasting impact on students at a critical stage of their development.
His Mastering the Mind workshop is designed especially for younger secondary students (ages 11–14), when identity, emotions, and social skills are beginning to take shape. It’s an empowering, interactive experience that helps students ignite their SPARK:
- Self-Awareness: Students learn how to recognise and manage their emotions, understand the impact of their thoughts, and reflect more deeply on their values and responses.
- Purpose: Viraj inspires students to think about who they are becoming – and how intentional choices today can shape a meaningful future.
- Awareness: Through discussion and activities, students develop emotional intelligence, learning to better understand both themselves and the people around them.
- Resilience: With practical tools for dealing with setbacks, stress, and self-doubt, students build inner strength and the confidence to bounce back.
- Kindness: A focus on compassion – for self and others – helps create a classroom culture rooted in empathy, support, and positive relationships.
This session is all about mental fitness – helping students build their “mental muscles” for school, friendships, and life beyond the classroom. Through relatable storytelling, reflective exercises, and accessible techniques, Viraj creates a safe and uplifting environment where students are reminded that they are capable, resilient, and worthy of a life they love.
