Roxy Potts Chief Partnerships Officer

Roxy’s journey began in a pupil referral unit – and that lived experience still shapes how she leads today. From those early days to running national programmes, she has held one belief constant: that a young person’s potential should never be dictated by their postcode, background or circumstance.

As Chief Partnerships Officer, Roxy leads a schools programme on a mission to ignite one million young people across the UK by 2030, and 100 million worldwide by 2035, by helping them build self-awareness, purpose, accountability, resilience and kindness. In her three years with the programme, she has grown its reach from 40,000 young people to more than 300,000 across 300+ schools – building the funding, partnerships and infrastructure to scale that impact at pace.

Over more than a decade in values-driven organisations, Roxy has become known for one thing above all: her ability to build trusted, lasting relationships — with communities, funders, partners and teams alike. Trained in educational psychology and counselling, she began her career at a national charity, where she found her passion for inclusive social care and community impact. Since then she has led the design and delivery of programmes reaching hundreds of thousands of people during the COVID-19 pandemic, and scaled educational delivery across the country, always with an eye on equity across health, social care and education.

Grounded, collaborative and driven by her own story while listening closely to others, Roxy is at her best bringing people together around a shared mission. Her aim is simple: to help build a world where every young person can recognise their potential and believe in a brighter future.
