His UBUNTU: I Am, Because We Are workshop is an inspiring and interactive session designed to unlock personal power through community values, mindset shifts, and purpose-driven living. It’s a deeply human experience that helps students ignite their SPARK:

• Self-Awareness: Students reflect on their current habits, beliefs, and self-image, and explore how to shift internal narratives that hold them back.
• Purpose: Ricardo helps students recognise their unique value and potential, empowering them to become the best version of themselves – for themselves and for others.
• Awareness: Through group dialogue and real-world examples, students learn the impact of their actions within a community, and how to bring out the best in those around them.
• Resilience: Ricardo equips students with practical tools to rise above negative influences and external noise, building the inner strength needed to thrive in a challenging world.
• Kindness: At the heart of UBUNTU is empathy, compassion, and support – principles that help create classrooms and communities where everyone feels seen, valued, and capable.
  This workshop adapts seamlessly across all secondary year groups and is especially impactful for students navigating difficult transitions, struggling with motivation, or seeking a deeper connection to their identity and future.
