Kelly Tamplin is a powerhouse transformation coach, speaker, and global facilitator who turned personal burnout and self-doubt into a mission to empower others. Once climbing the corporate ladder and battling depression behind the scenes, Kelly made a bold leap—leaving behind her high-paying job, booking a one-way flight to China, and beginning a life-changing journey of self-leadership.
It was in China that Kelly discovered the truth: real confidence can’t be taught—it must be embodied. Since then, she has delivered over 700 workshops globally, co-created a Global Leadership Academy, and supported thousands of women and young people to step into their voice, their confidence, and their power.
Kelly believes that everyone has the power to rewrite their story—and that leadership starts from within.
Her Public Speaking Game Workshop is a high-energy, interactive experience that helps students overcome fear, amplify their voice, and develop the tools they need to speak with clarity and purpose. Through playful challenges and guided coaching, students step out of their comfort zones and into their personal power, building their SPARK:
- Self-Awareness: Students explore the roots of self-doubt and reflect on how their thoughts, body language, and energy affect their presence and impact.
Purpose: With a focus on meaningful communication, students learn how to speak with intention—connecting their voice to what matters most to them. - Awareness: Kelly helps students read a room, adapt their communication style, and practice empathy—developing emotional intelligence and audience awareness.
- Resilience: The session creates a safe space to “fail forward,” turning awkward moments into fuel for growth and encouraging students to bounce back with confidence.
- Kindness: With warmth and humour, Kelly builds a culture of peer support and encouragement, helping every student feel seen, heard, and celebrated.
Whether students dream of being leaders, creatives, changemakers—or simply want to feel more comfortable speaking up—this workshop helps them build the mindset, skill set, and courage to own the room.
By the end of the session, students leave with practical speaking tools, deeper confidence, and a renewed belief in their ability to show up, speak up, and shine.
