Dr Rosie Mead Limitless Mind: Unlock Your Potential

Dr Rosie Mead is a high-performance mindset expert working with elite athletes across the globe. As a mental performance coach to professional basketball players in the NBA, EuroLeague, EuroCup, and BBL, Rosie specialises in helping individuals tap into the full potential of their mind to elevate every area of their performance – from sport and academics to daily life.

With academic roots in psychology and sociology, Rosie combines brain science with practical strategy to help students understand how mindset, habits, and lifestyle choices shape their ability to succeed. Her work with top performers – including Guinness World Record-holding triathlete Andy Stone – gives her a unique lens into what it really takes to perform under pressure and thrive.

Rosie’s Unlock Your Potential workshop invites students to step into their own high-performance journey by building a powerful foundation of mindset skills. It’s dynamic, insightful, and designed to ignite their SPARK:

  • Self-Awareness: Students are encouraged to reflect on how their thoughts, beliefs, and internal dialogue shape their actions and limit (or expand) their growth.
  • Purpose: Rosie helps students explore what drives them – and how building intentional habits and routines can align with their long-term goals.
  • Awareness: Using real-life examples from elite sport, Rosie demonstrates how environment, mindset, and self-regulation play a role in both success and wellbeing.
  • Resilience: Rosie introduces her mental skills toolbox – a practical framework students can use to stay focused, manage setbacks, and push through challenges.
  • Kindness: Students are encouraged to speak to themselves with the same compassion and encouragement they’d offer a teammate, reinforcing positive self-talk and mental wellbeing.

Rosie’s approach is grounded, relatable, and inspiring – especially for students in Years 9 through Sixth Form who are starting to think more seriously about exams, ambitions, and future choices.

This workshop isn’t about becoming a professional athlete – it’s about applying the same principles of mental performance to everyday life, giving students the confidence and clarity to chase their potential with purpose.
